Terms of Service & End-User License Agreement

These Terms of Service and End-User License Agreement (the “Terms”) govern use of the applications operated by Myriad Insight LLC (“Myriad Insight,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including the Boom Town Dashboard (the “Application”), a private internal reporting tool that consolidates business and financial data for Boom Town Creamery. By accessing or using the Application, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

Subject to these Terms, Myriad Insight grants authorized internal users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Application solely for the internal business purposes for which it is provided. The Application is not licensed or offered to the general public.

2. Description of the Application

The Application connects, with an administrator’s explicit authorization, to third-party business systems — including Intuit QuickBooks Online and Square — to retrieve and display consolidated financial and operational reporting on a read-only basis. It does not initiate financial transactions, move funds, or modify records in those systems.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Application for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Application or its underlying data; (c) share access credentials with unauthorized persons; or (d) use the Application to store or process data unrelated to the authorized business purpose.

4. Third-Party Services

The Application relies on third-party services, including Intuit, Square, Google, and Vercel. Your use of data obtained through those services is also subject to their respective terms. Use of information received from the Intuit QuickBooks Online API adheres to applicable Intuit Developer requirements.

5. Data and Privacy

Our handling of data accessed through the Application is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Reports and figures generated by the Application are for internal informational purposes and may reflect timing differences or the state of the underlying source systems; they are not a substitute for official financial statements or professional advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Myriad Insight will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on information displayed by the Application.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Application at any time. Upon termination, the license granted in these Terms ends and access credentials may be revoked.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
