This Privacy Policy explains how Myriad Insight LLC (“Myriad Insight,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the Myriad Insight website (www.myriadinsight.com) and the applications we operate, including the Boom Town Dashboard (the “Application”), a private internal reporting tool that consolidates business and financial data for Boom Town Creamery.
Scope
The Application is a private, internal business-intelligence tool. It is not offered to the general public and does not create consumer accounts. It connects to third-party business systems that our organization already uses — including Intuit QuickBooks Online and Square — to display consolidated financial and operational reporting to authorized internal users.
Information We Collect
Through authorized connections that an administrator explicitly approves, the Application accesses:
- Accounting data from Intuit QuickBooks Online — such as profit-and-loss reports, balance-sheet reports, and related financial account balances, retrieved on a read-only basis.
- Sales and labor data from Square — such as orders, net sales by location, and shift/labor records.
- Operational data — such as internal labor schedules maintained by the business.
The Application is designed to read business financial and operational records. It does not collect data from members of the general public, and it does not process consumer payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, or similar sensitive personal identifiers.
How We Use Information
We use the information solely to generate internal dashboards, reports, and reconciliations for the business — for example, to compare Square sales against QuickBooks records, monitor margins and labor costs, and track debt balances. We do not use this information for advertising, and we do not sell it.
How We Store and Protect Information
- The Application is hosted on Vercel. Retrieved data is written to a private Google Sheet accessible only to authorized accounts and service credentials.
- Access to third-party systems uses OAuth. Authorization tokens are stored in access-controlled secret storage and are used only to retrieve the data described above.
- Access to the dashboard is restricted to authorized internal users via a secret access key.
How We Share Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade information. Information is processed only by the service providers that make the Application function — namely Intuit, Square, Google, and Vercel — each acting on our behalf to store or transmit data. We may disclose information if required by law.
Intuit QuickBooks Online
Our use of information received from the Intuit QuickBooks Online API adheres to the Intuit Developer requirements. The Application requests only the accounting scope and accesses QuickBooks data on a read-only basis. An administrator may revoke the Application’s access at any time from within QuickBooks Online (Settings → Apps) or by contacting us, after which we will stop retrieving QuickBooks data.
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain data only as long as needed for internal reporting. Upon disconnection of a data source, or upon a deletion request, we will delete the corresponding stored data and revoke the associated credentials.

Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
